(4) Chargeable content is billed by a platform operator (e. g. Apple App Store or Google Play Store). With regard to the collection and transmission of payment data, we refer to the data protection declaration of the respective platform operator. In any case, only those data are stored by us which are necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship. The purpose of this transfer is the execution of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

(5) If voluntary information is possible, it is marked accordingly. The basis of this survey is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a DSGVO.
